Key Responsibilities:
  • Be visible in public areas, representing senior management as needed

  • Handle management issues, recording them and implementing necessary actions to resolve
  • Manage guest complaints promptly and completely
  • Support night audit with front desk and accounting duties
  • Produce nightly reports and inform other departments of guest special requests
