Role Overview:

Milestones Early Learning Bungendore, a vibrant and supportive child care centre, is seeking an experienced Trainee Educator to join our team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals to kick-start their career in early childhood education and care.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to work alongside our Lead Educator / Educational Leader in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. As a Trainee Educator, you will have the opportunity to be coached and mentored by our industry-leading development coaches, enabling you to progress through your career pathway towards becoming a fully qualified educator.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead Educator / Educational Leader in developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes children's learning and development.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

  • A current Working with Children check or the ability to obtain it.
  • Access to transport to and from the centre.
  • A willingness to commence in a Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
