Improve Operational Efficiency and Drive Excellence

The role of Systems and Inventory Specialist is to oversee the smooth operation of systems and equipment on site, ensuring that all operations run efficiently and effectively. This includes managing and maintaining the Warehouse Management System (WMS), as well as overseeing the total inventory across the site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Maintain data integrity for relevant systems\
  • Act as a key contact point for identified system issues, troubleshooting problems, and acting to resolve issues quickly and effectively\
  • Manage system outages to minimize impacts to the business\
  • Manage and report on slot utilization for Chiller & Freezer warehouses\
  • Oversee the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements\
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency\
  • Provide training and support to team members on new systems and processes\
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to ensure they are aligned with business objectives\
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements\
  • Identify areas for cost savings and develop strategies to achieve them\
  • Implement and manage budgetary control measures to optimize resource allocation\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes\
  • Prepare and deliver reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making\
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity\
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data or inventory levels\
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to systems and equipment\
  • Participate in continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
  • Develop and lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty\
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive work environment\
  • Partner with colleagues to share knowledge, skills, and expertise\
