Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate the efficient scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities.

This role will involve working closely with operational teams to achieve customer, regulatory, and financial objectives.

  • Facilitate efficient and effective scheduling and coordination of maintenance related activities by Melbourne Water's delivery and operational teams.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in delivering service outcomes and productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with Operational Teams to achieve customer, regulatory and financial objectives.
Key Requirements
  • Significant experience with Maximo or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently review, triage and manage service requests and planned maintenance work.
  • Industrial experience within maintenance systems and processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management and engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Records check and AusCheck.
  • Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
