Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Asset Management department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate preventative and predictive maintenance plans across all contracts and service lines.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring long-term PPM smoothing in the Facility Management System (FMS) to support resource efficiency and budget control. You will also coordinate Master Data changes in FMS@ISS in accordance with established procedures and maintain data integrity across all Asset Management functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate preventative and predictive maintenance plans
  • Ensure long-term PPM smoothing in FMS
  • Coordinate Master Data changes in FMS@ISS
  • Maintain data integrity across all Asset Management functions
  • Support operational asset planning
  • Collaborate with Performance Managers to maintain the Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) document
  • Provide support during contract transitions and mobilisations
  • Manage internal and external Requests for Information (RFIs)
Requirements
  • Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently with energy, initiative, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication with technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
