We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our policy and advocacy initiatives, driving positive change through evidence-based solutions.
- Job Description:
- The Program Manager, Policy will oversee strategic policy projects, fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring alignment with our 2024–2027 Strategic Plan.
- This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health contexts and a commitment to cultural safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policy initiatives that support the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Lead high-performing teams and build meaningful relationships across sectors.
- Translate research into practice, shaping policy contexts and strengthening our influence through innovative work.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated understanding of the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Experience in policy development, research, or project management.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
