About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards)
You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing situations will be highly valued.
