CHC33021 Trainer/Assessor Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer/assessor to deliver high-quality training and support to students in the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering dynamic lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions, fostering an inclusive environment for active student participation, critical thinking, and providing constructive feedback to support academic progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to students in accordance with the requirements of the qualification.
- Coordinate simulations and placements, guiding students in applying theoretical knowledge to practical industry settings.
- Implement fair assessment strategies, continuously monitoring and evaluating educational programs to enhance effectiveness and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching and industry skills.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other educators, students, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient learning experience.
Requirements:
- CertIII in Individual Support or vocational competencies at least to the level of qualification delivered.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110, TAE40122, or TAE40116.
- Evidence of recent VET and Industry PD activities.
- Maintain at least two years of full-time relevant industry experience.
- Understanding of ASQA regulatory guidelines and standards (highly desirable).
