Event Production Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent client relationship development and management skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage multiple events from briefing to execution
  • Oversee event logistics, including supplier management and registration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Mentor junior team members and interns
  • Ensure profitability of projects and monitor revenue
  • Lead proposal development and response efforts in conjunction with the creative team

Requirements:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks while prioritizing deliverables
  • Expertise in making complex concepts simple and clear
  • Outgoing and friendly, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience in event production, project management, and team leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Mac OS
  • Proficiency in Sheets/Excel and Keynote
