Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to lead recruitment across key roles in the NDIS and clinical space.

About the Role
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of specialist roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to source the right talent.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive workforce planning to meet future service needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within NDIS, nursing, or allied health.
  • Strong knowledge of AHPRA registration, nurse qualifications, and clinical compliance.
  • Understanding of NDIS roles and sector requirements.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, onboarding processes, and best-practice talent strategies.
