As a Senior Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation services in Queensland. You will be responsible for supporting the management of service contracts that connect remote communities through commercial partnerships and aviation units.

You will draft high-quality business documents, support procurement and contract administration, collaborate with stakeholders across finance, legal, and procurement to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop High-Quality Correspondence and Business Documents: Draft clear and concise documents to support contract management, procurement, and service extensions.
  • Uphold Sound Governance: Make ethical decisions and adhere to government probity requirements to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to Large-Scale Procurement Activities: Develop contractual documentation to support large-scale procurement activities.
  • Support Contract Management: Ensure all parties meet their obligations through robust service contract administration frameworks.
  • Plan Consultation Activities: Collaborate with delivery partners and stakeholders to address service delivery aspects related to service contracts.
  • Build Effective Working Relationships: Foster strong relationships with delivery partners, internal agencies, and external parties to ensure compliance with policies and mutual obligations.
  • Assist with Reporting and Payment Processes: Analyze claims, maintain records, and provide reports to support payment processes.
  • Conduct Research, Reviews, or Investigations: Prepare reports and associated documentation to inform decision-making.

  • Ability to Travel and Represent at Community Forums: Represent the organization at community forums and travel to remote communities as required.
