Corporate Strategy Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to define and execute Virgin Australia's corporate strategy. As the Corporate Strategy Leader, you will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success through informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ data-driven insights and strategic frameworks to tackle complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Design high-impact presentations for executive audiences and communicate key findings to Leadership Teams.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Identify and track critical metrics to measure progress against strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in a business discipline with a Master's level qualification (MBA or similar).
  • Possess extensive experience in a strategy-focused Management Consulting team from a top-tier firm.
  • Aviation knowledge or experience is highly advantageous.
  • Excel in advanced analytical skills and ability to build complex models.
  • Demonstrate highly developed communications and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit extensive leadership experience, developing and mentoring team members.
