Key Responsibilities

This role involves defining the strategic direction of a prominent aviation business. Developing the corporate strategy and leading projects across the organisation are key responsibilities. The Group Strategy division, responsible for internal consulting, reports directly to the General Manager, Strategy and Transformation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Management Consulting and Leadership. Aviation knowledge or passion is highly advantageous.

  • Tackle complex business challenges using strategic frameworks and robust data analysis to develop clear solutions.
  • Develop high-impact presentations for executive audiences, clearly communicating insights and recommendations.
  • Present findings to Executive Leadership Teams with clarity and confidence, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Communicate effectively across all organisational levels, tailoring messages to drive alignment and impact.
  • Lead, mentor and support the development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Identify and track critical metrics to measure progress against strategic objectives.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or commercial discipline, ideally with a Master's level qualification.
  • Extensive experience within a strategy-focused Management Consulting team.
  • Aviation knowledge or experience is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced analytical skills and Excel expertise.
  • Highly developed communications and presentation skills.
  • Extensive leadership experience, developing and mentoring team members.
