Key Responsibilities:

  • Smash phone calls – circa 50-80 per day, exceeding targets and contributing to the team's success.
  • Advertising job opportunities to reach a wider audience.
  • Phone screening and interviewing candidates, ensuring seamless communication and quality interactions.
  • Performing thorough reference checks to validate candidate information.
  • Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Supporting a strong sales team and contributing to the company's growth and success.
