At Talent, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist. This role is perfect for ambitious go-getters with 0–3 years' experience in recruitment or someone with a genuine passion for sales.
\Key Responsibilities:\
- \
- Partner with Account Managers in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for job vacancies.\
- Find, attract and qualify candidates using our candidate database (Bullhorn) plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools.\
- Smash phone calls – circa 50-80 per day.\
- Phone screen candidates over the phone and/or interview them face-to-face.\
- Perform in-depth reference checks.\
- Liaise with candidates and clients during the placement process.\
- Arrange police and DCSI screening checks.\
- Validate candidates' working rights for Australia.\
