You will be working in a team environment where you can deliver great customer service and develop leadership skills. This is an engaging opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' shopping experience.
As a key member of our store team, you will be supported by our Store Leadership Pathway to learn and grow into a future leader.
You will play a vital role in the day-to-day functions of your department, working closely with colleagues across the store to ensure we provide great customer service and a great place to work.

Your Responsibilities:
- Delight Our Customers: Engage and role model ways to acknowledge, care for, and thank our customers through Everyday ACTs.
- Safety First: Make safety a top priority for team members and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in-store.
- Support Department Operations: Work closely with colleagues to provide great support to the department team on a day-to-day basis.
- Collaborate with Others: Work across stores to enable a positive shopping experience for our customers.
