About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site General Manager to oversee the operations of hospitality venues in Townsville. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in multi-site management within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth and ensure operational excellence across multiple venues
  2. Lead and mentor site managers to achieve business objectives
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage costs, and improve profitability
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and employment laws
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  6. Monitor and analyse financial performance
  7. Liaise with marketing and events teams to promote venues and maximise occupancy
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in multi-site management
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills

  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
