About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Central Coast Council as a Senior Contracts Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of contract administration for operational projects and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review contract documents to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters, including tender processes and contract management.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure effective contract administration.
  • Develop and implement contract administration processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless contract administration and management.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Contracts, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in contract administration within a medium to large organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing technical expertise, coaching, and advice to relevant staff.
