The Quality Manager - Rural will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality systems, including maintaining accreditation across all services. With a focus on operational excellence and customer-focused service delivery, this role requires a dedicated professional with significant experience in leading a quality improvement program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting and monitoring the quality performance of all services
  • Developing strategies to improve quality with guidance to promote positive change in a sustainable way
  • Collaborating and relating to all levels of management, employees, volunteers, and customers on a regular basis

Requirements include:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality management principles and practices with an emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary theory and practice within the Aged Care sector, including knowledge of current legislative requirements and Standards of the Aged Care Industry
