We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at EG Oran Park Town Centre in Oran Park, NSW.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for customers.
  • Promote products and offers to drive sales and growth.
  • Operate point of sale systems and manage fuel/stock deliveries.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and stock control to maintain premium store presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A confident attitude and energetic approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
