We are seeking a 12-month fixed term contract Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic business team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to partner with senior leaders and deliver an influential people plan in a diverse and growing market.

Key responsibilities include strategic HR business partnering, developing and implementing HR strategies, providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
