We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to lead our HR strategy at a global organization. This is a leadership role that will collaborate with Executives and Senior Management to develop and implement HR solutions in-line with the company's vision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert counsel to Management at all levels regarding policies, programs and practices. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of new policies, practices and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of human resources, including employee relations, talent management, communications, workforce planning, organizational change management and succession planning.
  • Utilizing people metrics, capability requirements and business metrics to identify areas of long-term development in order to optimize business and employee success.
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Serving both employees and leaders, and representing the business in Employment Relations matters.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with executives and senior leaders on people matters, strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, and working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including remuneration, employee relations, diversity and performance management.
