Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR solutions that align with business goals, driving improvements in talent management, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery, including Talent Acquisition, Workplace Relations, and Organisational Development.
- Report on and analyse HR data to provide actionable insights informing business decisions.
- Support managers in performance management processes, including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Drive succession planning and career development initiatives, guiding managers on employee development programs, coaching, and mentoring to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
- A proven track record in business partnering, especially at a senior level within large, complex environments.
- Experience from logistics or heavy industries, where you have successfully driven HR initiatives to improve business outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and influence decisions at the executive level.
- Strong planning and analysis skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in performance and people-related initiatives.
- Ability to navigate complex HR challenges, including managing employee relations and driving change initiatives.
- High level of discretion and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build credibility across the organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Proven business partnering experience in senior HR roles with a focus on performance management, talent management, and driving organisational change.
- Deep knowledge of HR principles, relevant legislation, and contemporary HR practices.
- Influencing skills: Proven experience in the ability to influence at a senior level, always demonstrating your professionalism and alignment to company values.
