Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR solutions that align with business goals, driving improvements in talent management, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery, including Talent Acquisition, Workplace Relations, and Organisational Development.
  • Report on and analyse HR data to provide actionable insights informing business decisions.
  • Support managers in performance management processes, including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Drive succession planning and career development initiatives, guiding managers on employee development programs, coaching, and mentoring to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in business partnering, especially at a senior level within large, complex environments.
  • Experience from logistics or heavy industries, where you have successfully driven HR initiatives to improve business outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and influence decisions at the executive level.
  • Strong planning and analysis skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in performance and people-related initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate complex HR challenges, including managing employee relations and driving change initiatives.
  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build credibility across the organisation.
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Proven business partnering experience in senior HR roles with a focus on performance management, talent management, and driving organisational change.
  • Deep knowledge of HR principles, relevant legislation, and contemporary HR practices.
  • Influencing skills: Proven experience in the ability to influence at a senior level, always demonstrating your professionalism and alignment to company values.
