**The Opportunity**

This is a three-month temporary 'Human Resources Business Partner' assignment. You will partner with senior human resources business partners, managers and employees to provide HR services, advice and guidance while meeting business objectives. Particular emphasis will be on Employee Relations.

Specifically, you will:

- Support management on employee relations matters including first line employee performance and disciplinary matters.
- Provide advice, coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on HR related matters.
- Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake projects and support the HR team as required.

**To Be Successful**
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a human resources related area.
- Solid human resources tenure with at least two years working in a dedicated Business Partner role.
- Prior engagement with unionised stakeholders and workforces.
