The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse portfolio of clients via email and phone. The individual will also be responsible for providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing order requirements using various applications to facilitate customer satisfaction.

  • Provide high-level customer service to a large customer base using both email and phone communication.
  • Offer ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Utilize our suite of applications to assist customers with order-related inquiries and requirements.
  • Manage cases within our CRM system to achieve recommended close-out times and effective resolution for customers.
  • Communicate promptly with customers regarding order status when necessary.
  • Efficiently handle customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong, ongoing relationships with customers.

  • Previous experience in providing phone and email-based customer service in a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is essential (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded).
  • Background in manufacturing, warehousing, or FMCG industries would be highly beneficial.
  • Advanced attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with inbound and outbound stakeholders (phone and email).
  • Prioritization and problem-solving skills to navigate complex issues.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Confidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve customer concerns.
