Deliver seamless customer experiences across the Brennan solution stack, ensuring a strong relationship with each client.
- Engage in strategic meetings to identify new business opportunities and drive cross-selling initiatives.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the customer's business needs, including business planning, roadmaps, and workshops on how technology can address their requirements.
- Act as the primary customer-facing representative for a designated portfolio of customers, providing timely responses to inquiries, presenting solutions, and offering technical guidance.
- Conceptualize technology solutions that enhance clients' businesses and promote Brennan's offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure comprehensive knowledge of services and products.
- Lead bid management and coordination efforts with presales, service delivery, and management to design customized solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving cross-selling initiatives. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure comprehensive knowledge of services and products. Additionally, you will lead bid management and coordination efforts to design customized solutions for clients.
