As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and site procedures, developing and managing relationships with clients, and delivering customer-centric services across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and site procedures
  • Developing and managing relationships with clients
  • Delivering customer-centric services across the portfolio

You will also assist in conducting inspections, preparing reports, providing information for analysis and presentation, and contributing to the efficient management of the portfolio.

Requirements

Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
