Business Growth Advocate

The Business Growth Advocate role is pivotal in guiding customers through their business journey, leveraging our solutions to drive satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within assigned portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a comprehensive 10-month development program that enhances support capabilities in the BGA role.
  • Engage in immersive multi-dimensional learning experiences on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.
  • Enhance skills around portfolio management, customer retention, and driving value realization.
  • Benefit from on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior BGA professional.
Critical Skills:
  • SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S)
  • SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • SAP Customer Experience (CX)
  • SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM)
  • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) & SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
Essential Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business growth, ideally in consulting or account management.
  • A cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, internally and externally.
  • A strong ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
  • An understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics, to identify business problems solvable with AI.
