
Technology Project Coordinator

- The role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the project management team, ensuring projects align to the defined project governance model and lifecycle framework.">
- Support a diverse range of technology projects by providing efficient and timely project and administrative support, including record management processes, collating content for discussion papers, reports and correspondence, coordinating tasks, information and records management, financial management, and contract management.">
- Deliver support for project team members by providing PMO services support and expertise, ensuring optimized business cases are delivered on time, to quality expectations, and within budget to realize targeted benefits.">
- Ensure all project team members align to the agreed governance and lifecycle framework, continually improving processes as required.">
- Perform appropriate project close out activities to optimize handover to operational teams and assist the PM to fulfill post-project requirements in a timely manner.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years proven experience in a project support environment or similar role, with a focus on governance and project lifecycle framework.">
- Demonstrated project support skills and experience, particularly a thorough understanding of project management principles and techniques for technology projects.">
- Outstanding interpersonal communication, consultation, and negotiation skills that build and sustain productive relationships and partnerships across all levels.">
- Industry qualification in Project Management Methodology (PRINCE2/PMBOK) desired.">
- Superior Microsoft Office skills.">
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.">
- Proven advanced influencing skills across diverse stakeholder sets to achieve outcomes in a timely and cost-effective manner.">
