Project Coordinator – 12 Month Contract

Location: Perth CBD

Client: Woodside

Contract Type: Full-time | 12-month initial contract (subject to agreement)

Day Rate: $500–$600 inclusive of super (depending on experience)

We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator to support a suite of projects across Woodside's Global Travel Solutions portfolio. You'll play a key role in the Global Integrated Mobilisation Solutions (GIMS) program — supporting senior stakeholders, driving delivery, and ensuring everything stays on track.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the GIMS Program Manager and workstream leads

  • Coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Facilitating team meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking actions

  • Liaising across internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders

  • Identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies

  • Helping ensure alignment with project scope, objectives, and quality standards

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in project coordination within large or complex organisations (energy/resources a bonus)

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools — MS Project is essential

  • Comfortable with Gantt charts, dependencies, and reporting

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in or exposure to change management highly desirable
