We are seeking senior chefs to lead a high-performing kitchen team in Western Australia.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for skilled chefs who want to advance their culinary career. As a head chef or sous chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation, while ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation.
  • Implement national recipes and plating guides to maintain consistency across venues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the back-of-house management team to improve menu items and develop new concepts.
Requirements
  • Diploma qualification in a relevant field and/or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
