Senior Sous Chef

Responsibilities
  • Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently
  • Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members
  • Contribute to positive team morale and support team members
  • Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs
Qualifications
  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Desire to develop and motivate others
  • Committed to continuous improvement
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Previous culinary leadership experience is a plus
