Qualifications & experience:

  • Essential: 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Advantageous: Passion for consistency and team leadership

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic kitchen team and collaborate with Front-of-house

  • Ensure efficient operations, maintaining quality in a fast-paced service environment

  • Uphold kitchen health and safety regulations and food preparation guidelines

  • Attain industry-standard food and staff percentage targets

  • Foster professional communication and service among co-workers

  • Develop and maintain menu in-line with brand hospitality ethos
