Golf Club Fitting Expert

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect golf clubs to suit their needs. You will work with simulator and launch monitor technologies to provide accurate and efficient golf club fittings.

  • Seek out and engage customers throughout the store, assisting them in selecting the right equipment for their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers about new technologies, products, and services.
  • Execute a club comparison process to help customers assess performance differences between select clubs.
  • FOLLOW A STANDARDIZED FITTING PROCESS TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE AND EFFICIENT GOLF CLUB FITTING EXPERIENCE FOR CUSTOMERS.
  • Operate simulator and launch monitor technologies using fitting tools and components to provide valuable information to customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in golf retail sales, with a focus on customer service and product knowledge.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in golf fitting, with a strong understanding of club fitting principles.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
  • Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A GED or high school diploma is required.
