About the role

Harden Country Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dedicated team. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our prestigious country club and motel facilities. What you'll be doing

  • Performing thorough cleaning of all club facilities, including the clubhouse, bathrooms, function room, and other common areas
  • Ensuring the club's grounds and external areas are well-maintained and presentable
  • Assisting with basic maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs and grounds upkeep
  • Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for members and staff
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the General Manager in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and responding promptly to member requests

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, preferably in a hospitality or club environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
