Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring innovative design concepts to life.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging, high-impact visuals that capture attention and deliver results. You will work across a diverse range of design outputs, including campaign creative, presentation design, print & digital, stadium creative, experiential & event design, and social media content.

Your primary role will be to develop and deliver compelling creative concepts that drive success in new business pitches and strengthen partnerships. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish clear communication and concise job briefs.

A key responsibility of this role is to ideate, create, and build quality and creative content that meets agency standards and brand guidelines. This includes designing visual materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, OOH billboards, web banners, LED signage, big screen, half-time activations, and social media content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design Work – Ideate, create, and build quality and creative content
  • Creative Systems – Efficient and effective project delivery ensuring we execute within agreed scopes and timelines, whilst adhering to agency standards and brand guidelines
  • Teamwork – Be a creative voice within the team, promoting new ideas, creative development, and enthusiasm
  • Stakeholder Management – Collaborate where required with internal stakeholders to establish clear communication, concise job briefs

What you need:

  • Ideal 3 + years of experience, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
  • Proficient with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop, and After Effects) as well as Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with brands, and a knowledge of commercial design best practices
  • Experience with receiving, challenging, and executing creative briefs
  • Passion for the creative process from conception, ideation all the way through to delivery
