Job Title: Visual Creative Strategist

We are seeking a talented creative professional to develop and implement visual strategies for our digital content across various channels, including YouTube, Roblox, and Minecraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create detailed visual briefs for designers to follow.
  • Analyze key metrics and analytics to gauge content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on competitor and successful thumbnails to remain informed on current trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, providing feedback and guidance via project management tools and communication platforms.
  • Utilize graphic design software for touch-ups and final adjustments to visual designs.
  • Incorporate current children's trends into visuals to maintain relevance and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the writing department to ensure synergy between visuals and video content.
  • Provide feedback to ensure visuals accurately represent video content and capture viewers' attention.
  • Monitor industry trends to integrate innovative approaches into visual designs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for visual design.

Requirements:

  • Possess 1-2+ years of experience in creating thumbnails and using graphic design software.
  • Demonstrate understanding of visual design principles, including composition and color theory.
  • Provide a portfolio or previous experience showcasing proficiency in various visual styles.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and accountability when collaborating with team members.
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes when necessary.
  • Capable of understanding and implementing feedback to enhance visual quality.
  • Flexible in adjusting to changes in deadlines and creating emergency visuals.
  • Continuously strive to improve skills and the quality of work.
  • Have experience and understanding in YouTube Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, Impressions, etc.).
  • Possess good English and writing skills.
  • Understand what makes clickable visuals and apply that knowledge effectively.
  • Exhibit great communication skills and remain active within the team.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Minecraft, social media, and pop-culture trends.
