Job Title: Accounting Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting support specialist to process purchase ledger invoices, generate daily invoices, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase ledger invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Generate invoices on a daily basis and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for customer documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor and track customer and supplier returns to ensure accurate accounting.
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
