We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Initiating and fostering lasting connections with clients across various sectors;
- Determining customer requirements and making recommendations on suitable products;
- Presenting vehicles, arranging test drives, and preparing sales contracts;
- Ensuring exceptional customer service through timely communication and regular updates;
- Maintaining high-level knowledge of products and the industry as a whole.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences;
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, along with effective organisational abilities and attention to detail;
- A 5-day working week with Saturdays essential, along with a generous remuneration package and incentive scheme.
