Service Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Leader to lead our team in providing before and after-school care and vacation care for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program
  • Create daily plans and organisational structure of activities
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need an enthusiastic approach to childcare, a Diploma or equivalent in childcare-related studies, a valid Working with Children Check, and First Aid and Food Safety Supervisor Certificates.
