Job Title: Childcare Program Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead our Before, After School and Vacation Care Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and deliver high-quality programs for children that cater to their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Service Operations: Manage daily service operations, ensuring smooth delivery of programs and services.
  • Staff Management: Coordinate staffing and rosters, ensuring adequate coverage and effective team management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and standards in childcare.
  • Administration: Oversee administrative tasks, including reporting, documentation, and communication with parents and schools.
About You:
  • Completed Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification in Childcare or Teaching.
  • Proven experience in program planning and implementation in a childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with families and staff.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Current Paid Working with Children Check.
