About the Role
  • Reporting directly to the COO, you will oversee all aspects of our retail business.
  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations:
    • Ensure Store Leaders adhere to company values and standards, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
    • New store design and implementation.
    • Promotions, roll out and execution.
    • Identify new store opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement customer experience training programs.
    • Establish medium and long-term strategic plans.
    • Analyze operations and outcomes across each store location, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting:
    • Review performance with the National Manager.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on retail store performance for the board.
    About You
    • Proven success in high-level retail management roles.
    • Demonstrated experience in strategic leadership, supporting operations and senior leadership teams.
    • Strong understanding of stock management and retail operations.
    • Proven knowledge of the customer journey and lifecycle.
    • Excellent training and coaching skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
