Store Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our retail strategy, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful retail strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Responsibilities will include setting and managing sales targets, analysing P&L statements, and optimising employee wages and scheduling.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • The Store Director will build and develop a high-performing leadership team that drives sales growth, embraces continuous learning, and takes ownership of their stores/regions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and recognition through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
Operational Excellence:
  • The successful candidate will lead successful store openings and renovations, ensuring fully trained teams and alignment with strategic plans.
  • Support New Store Openings (NSOs) to ensure smooth execution and effective team support.
  • Champion operational excellence by providing stores with necessary tools and resources.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
