Job Title: Business Development Director

This is a challenging role for an experienced business leader to drive growth and lead daily operations. The ideal candidate will have significant senior operational leadership experience in a multi-site service-based business, strong financial management skills, and the ability to lead and develop mid-level managers and diverse teams.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading all aspects of daily operations - from service delivery and team management to financial performance and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading tender processes for large-scale contracts
  • Preparing and managing operational budgets
  • Reviewing and acting on monthly P&L
  • Driving margin improvements and cost efficiencies
