Suncorp Group is seeking a Claims Performance Specialist to support the Claims Contracts Business in achieving required performance and quality to maximise customer outcomes and minimise remuneration deductions under claims management contracts.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Performance Senior Advisors to focus on performance and quality requirements specific to the needs of the Claims Contracts business and meeting performance and compliance obligations under contracts and service standards with our clients, such as icare.
The role will involve monitoring claims performance and quality, providing innovative solutions, and enhancing procedures to ensure compliance and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Understand performance metrics and key drivers that impact portfolio outcomes
- Collate results & key drivers that impact portfolio performance
- Analyse compliance and operational measures to suggest solutions aligned with icare requirements
- Work closely with Quality & Performance team members and Claims team to uplift compliance and operational performance
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing NSW Workers Compensation claims
- Strong Technical, Injury Management and Strategic understanding in claims
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective claims analysis and insight
- Experience in dealing with reporting and data (QLIK)
- Good experience with performance and quality metrics
