About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  2. Achieve timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles
  3. Process vehicles onsite, off-site, and online, including mapping and imaging
  4. Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness
  5. Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
  6. Assist with production management of the centre where required
  7. Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  8. Hand over completed repairs to customers

About You

  1. Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  2. Highly professional and personable
  3. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Ability to meet strict deadlines
  6. Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  7. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  8. Strong commitment to working in a safe manner
