Insurance Adjuster and Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Adjuster/Estimator to fill a full-time position responsible for accurate and comprehensive quotes on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner according to average repair cost targets and industry standards
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
  • Process vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate with suppliers to record and authorise additional work in a timely manner
  • Assist with production management of the centre where needed
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a similar position, including estimate preparation in the automotive repair industry
  • Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable
  • Ibody experience desirable but not necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excel experience advantageous but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Commitment to working safely
