Centre Management Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to take on leadership responsibilities and make a significant impact on the day-to-day operations of a busy centre.

As Centre Manager, you will oversee the production workshop, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitability and prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports.
  • Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
