We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified insurance claims specialist to provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
About the Role:
This position involves accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner, completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online, processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging, managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness, managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner, assisting with production management of the centre where required, ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, and handing over completed repairs to customers.
About You:
Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry. Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and maintain accurate records.
As an experienced insurance claims specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire claims process from initial inspection to final settlement. You will need to assess damage, estimate costs, and communicate with clients and work providers to resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
- Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner.
- Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online.
- Process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
- Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
