HR Officer - Culture Development

The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with various departments to elevate our clinic through strategic planning, HR policy development, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Policy Development and Organisational Growth:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support our company culture and business goals.
    • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to organisational initiatives.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Analyse market data and develop innovative methods to recruit in a competitive industry.
    • Collaborate with department leads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Facilitate orientation and ongoing training for new employees.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Manage employee relations from start to finish, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
